COVID-19

We have resumed all forms of in-person tuition

All training will follow all local and national laws and guidelines, which we review constantly.

Upon registration, we ask that each client informs us if they, or anyone they have come into contact with in the last seven days from the date of registration, has knowingly had symptoms of COVID-19 or tested positive for COVID-19.  If a registered client develops symptoms of COVID-19 or is tested positive, directly before the training commencement we will offer the client a full refund within seven calendar days or the right to rearrange within 12 months with no amendment fee being charged.  We reserve the right to ask to see a medical note or a stamped certificate of the test.

All tutors have had both doses of their SARS Cov-2 antigen vaccine and their SARS Cov-2 mRNA vaccine.

We use venues that are taking their own safety and deep-cleaning measures and where hand sanitiser is readily available.  We ask that all participants and tutors sanitise their hands each time upon entering and exiting the training room or restaurant.

Masks may be required when moving through public areas of the training venue.  We ask tutors and clients to follow the advertised venue guidelines.  They are not required to be worn during the training when seated but students are welcome to wear their own if they prefer.

Finally, we are constantly reviewing the guidelines from the AU and NZ government; should the situation in the AU and NZ worsen we will take the appropriate action and postpone all in-person courses.  Clients will be offered a full refund within seven calendar days or the option to transfer their place to a new date.

Online tuition is not affected by any AU or NZ government restrictions and is subject to our standard terms and conditions.

As of June 2022.
